Council of Senior Centers and Service (CSCS) is the central organization in NYC representing 150 member agencies who provide community-based aging services to 300,000 older adults. Services provided by CSCS members include elder abuse victim services, multi-service senior centers, home-delivered meals, case management, caregiver supports, transportation, home care, NORCs, adult day services, mental health, housing and other programs.
